Pharrell Williams is everywhere this year, so it is no surprise that his second designer collaboration with adidas is nothing short of amazing. His first drop was a simple red, blue and green adaption to the iconic Stan Smith. His second drop, which hit stores on the 31st of October world wide, is a little more eccentric. His inspiration?
There is nothing that screams “summer” more than a good ol’ palm tree. The palm tree/tropical print is huge right now, and for good reason – look how pretty it is! It reminds me of the smell of Pizbuin, warm tropical waters and Pina Coladas at sunset (so basically everything that is right with the world).
A couple of weeks ago, I got together to shoot and spend some time with Stefan Henrico the Bassist from Zebra & Giraffe. He is the newest member of the band, having joined Z&G two years ago. Not only is he a very talented musician, but he could probably tell you more about those high-tops than Sneaker Freaker could. I chat to Stef about his killer personal style, his (many) tattoos and life as a musician.

I’ve had a really strange couple of weeks. My body gave up on me a little and then I was misdiagnosed by a Doctor which resulted in me spending 3 days in hospital. It’s really bizarre how much of an effect your health has on your general state of mind. Needless to say I hit a bit of dark patch, but that’s what life is about right? Anyway, I did this Mood board when I was stuck in bed – there is so much beauty in these images. Also, MEG FREAKING MYERS. Take a listen, her voice is my Spirit Animal.
If you live any where near Cape Town, you will fully understand why, on a day like today, you will need something bright and beautiful to lift your spirits. Go away rain!!
